Ingredients
- 4 Pork Steaks
- ¼ cup Blues Hog Pork Marinade Mix
- ¼ cup Blues Hog Sweet & Savory Seasoning
- 1 Can Dark Cola
- ½ cup Blues Hog Smokey Mountain BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Fire up your Gateway Drum to 400°F.
- Coat your pork steaks in a light dusting of Pork Marinade Mix and Sweet & Savory Seasoning.
- Sear steaks for 5–7 minutes on each side. While searing, baste your steaks with your dark cola.
- After your steaks have beautiful grill marks, cool drum to 275–300°F and lather steaks with Smokey Mountain BBQ Sauce.
- Let your pork steaks finish cooking for another 10–15 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of at least 155°F and the sauce is tacky.
- Remove from heat, rest, and enjoy!
